HR Strategic Director (chuỗi F&B)


 

DESCRIPTION

  • Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
  • Ensure the integration of HR solutions across all business units
  • Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management
  • Develop and maintain strategies to ensure the high performance of key manager positions (as defined)
  • Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units.
  • Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR initiatives, processes, and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking.
  • Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
  • Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
  • Strong commitment to people inner-peace, long-lasting happiness

  • Have a strong background (5+years) in HR/people development field (including specific experience in talent management, and organizational development) and be with great passion and capability to translate business strategies into critical talent & workforce strategies/initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has experience working with managers and leaders at all levels, and a proven track record of building a progressive leadership development strategy.
  • An exceptional listener, communicator, writer and speaker. You can explain just about anything to anyone. You’re comfortable on the phone or to groups of people – at any level. You are incredibly tactful when delivering the facts
