Implement activities requested by the office manager:
1.
Support for recruitment activities: 60%
- Perform recruitment-related operations: post jobs, contact candidates, schedule interviews...
- Contact recruitment agencies, advertising companies for sending job descriptions, check recruitment contracts...
- Create and post articles related to recruitment on channels: facebook, linkedin...
2.
Other activities: 40%
- Order and manage supplies, assets, machinery and equipment..
- Perform some other administrative tasks.
- Support event organization for the company
Job requirements:
- Age: 28 years old.
- Education: graduated from University or College.
- Can communicate in Japanese or English.
- 03 years of experience in human resources/general affairs at a Japanese company.
- Candidates have experience and understanding of Vietnamese labor law and general human resources work.
- Skills: proficient in operating Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
